Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback on the replacement crib mattress. We are so happy you love the crib and have continued to use this with a new baby :) Team Shnuggle x

Hi, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the moonlight, we designed the moonlight to have a soft glow and low blue light levels to make it an ideal light to use for feeding as it creates a more comfortable atmosphere and having a light too bright would disturb that. I hope this is helpful and please do not hesitate to contact our customer services if you have any other questions Team Shnuggle :)

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We are so happy you love the Shnuggle crib and hope you will love it just as much when you come to convert it to the bigger sized cot :)Thank you for your feedback, I would like to assure you our crib mattress is a premium hypo-allergenic fibre mattress and is 50% more breathable than standard foam mattresses. Our mattress is of a firmness required by European safety standards. The lullaby trust recommends that firm, flat mattresses are safer for babies, babys don’t weigh as much as us and don’t need a thick soft mattress like we do. Bulky soft mattresses, or extra bulk or padding pose a risk of SIDs as they can conform to the face and cause a suffocation risk. I hope this helps and if you need anything else please do not hesitate to contact us!Shnuggle x
