Same day delivery? 5 days!!

Very poor communication, I paid £40 for a same day delivery (13th) and I ended up receiving my delivery 5 days later (18th). I received no phone calls as stated For updates I was left in the dark...

10 hours late ! Bad! IKEA’s responsibility.

10 hours late! Not drivers fault but company. IKEA shouldn’t use them they should take responsibility for their goods getting delivered properly
