Standards have dropped this year and premiums are sky high.

Could not get an answer on phone for 2 days. Premium this year was enormous! Will look elsewhere next year.

This is due to your previous insurer no longer being able to offer terms and the only insurer who was prepared to accept your circumstances offered an increased rate.
