Some time ago I accidentally broke a glass pane in the cooker.! I was told by this company that it wasn't FIXED GLASS so I had to buy a new cooker in my static holiday home. Waste of insurance...

However we understand that a discretionary payment was agreed to support your claim but we didn’t receive the evidence requested. We hope the matter was settled to your satisfaction.
