I am sorry that you were unhappy with the travel arrangements to your destination; in particular the fact that you had tochangeoverat Normanton Interchange. I appreciate this is not as effective as travelling direct however, this does enable us to offer the best possible choice when it comes to collection points, dates and destinations to all our customers.A lot of planning does go into each route to ensure they are practical and they service customer needs.
