Goods not received. Appalling Customer Service-avoid!

Appalling. I still don’t have this order (or another sent at same time)!!! This one was purchased 25/10...took 10 days to despatch...and I have still not received it. Customer service are not...

We can see that you spoke to our team regarding this issue and that you were refunded for the order on the 25th November, so the money should be back in your account by now.
