Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that things did not go to plan with your order. We understand from your feedback that there appears to have been some misunderstanding in the first instance and then from our records, we can see that a collection and replacements were arranged. This was then followed up to confirm everything was ok for you. It appears that as these come directly from the manufacturer there may have been some confusion initially in terms of what had physically been sent.
