Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the instructions are incorrect, and have asked our supplier to make sure this product comes with English instructions in the future.
All returns are processed as soon as they arrive back in the warehouse and the credit is immediately released. Unfortunately, the period of time it takes for the funds to return to account, varies between credit card issuers and is beyond our control.
