Usually your service is great but this time I placed 2 orders both above £300.00 and stated which free gifts I wanted but when delivered the free gifts were not with the items

They just need to stick to what they mean about next day delivery not 4days later

I haven't received the signs that I ordered. They are 5 days overdue - needed on site on agreed date but yet to arrive.
