Hi Leisa, We don't really have any partnerships with Taskforce. I checked our records though and I can see that you've posted your ad on ServiceCentral. Since they're no longer able to provide quotes, they've forwarded your details to us so we can help you out instead. I believe we've sent you an email last 15 December as well to confirm this.
