Most of the staff are excellent.
Sometimes you can place your order and it seems to take a long time for the meal to come, even when the restaurant is not really busy!

Thank you for your review and for 5 stars despite a couple of small elements you had problems with. If you have mentioned these issues on your holiday questionnaire they would have been fed back to the hotel.
We are sorry to hear you became unwell during your holiday. This is never what anyone wants! Unfortunately 'Banjul belly' as it is known, is a very common occurrence in The Gambia. It is also a shame you did not enjoy the food served a Ngala. The topic of food is very subjective as we do generally receive very positive feedback.
I do hope you managed to enjoy your stay somewhat, despite your illness!
Excellent service from The Gambia Experience team, from booking to departure. Any queries were responded to quickly and the on-site Gambia Experience Rep was very helpful.

This is great to hear! We are so pleased you enjoyed your first visit to The Gambia and stay at the amazing Kombo Beach. We can't wait to welcome you back again sometime.
Easy to book. I upgraded to star class but at Gatwick there was no fast lane so I joined the queue which was fine. Once I got to the desk the lady weighed all of my luggage including my hand luggage...

It is true to say the staff do their utmost to try and make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are very friendly. It is great to hear you find Kombo Beach one of the best hotels in the area, that is such a compliment for the team there, thank you.
