In regards to your Go Pro camera not being fitted correctly and no record on site, I will look into this matter further and see where this has gone wrong. I apologise on behalf of the events team at Ripley Castle and I will ensure this does not happen again. Please contact us info@segwayevents.co.uk so we can put this right.
Unfortunately the grounds condition are out of our control and due to Ripley Castle being an outdoor country park and castle it is difficult to deter any mess made on the parkland from animals. We will definitely flag this up with them though so thank you for pointing it out.
Please don't let this put you off our events in the future we hope other than the few comments made above, the day was overall enjoyable.
