Very difficult to give a star rating. Booking all went smoothly but then COVID-19 happened. The show had to be rescheduled to next spring. Was informed about this. Awaiting date for next year.

Show was cancelled however I didn’t receive an email to notify me of this. I went on the website (due to Covid-19 and saw) I am yet to be refunded.

Still awaiting refund.
This event was cancelled due to the coronavirus which is understandable. However I’m still awaiting a refund three weeks after the cancellation.

Bad customer service
Event cancelled, no refund or information about how to get one, website is very unhelpful with this issue.
