Appreciate being picked up at the hotel - great service. Would have liked to have transferred to the coach bus at a location with less traffic.

1. The hotel is above the bar, it is noise and no lift. Very inconvenient for people with luggage.
2. The quality of food include with the tour is very poor. Unacceptable at all.

Thank you for your feedback. The Ozone Hotel was originally built in 1907, destroyed by fire in 1918, rebuilt in 1920. It has undergone a number of refurbishments and is now one of the premium 4 star properties on Kangaroo Island. The 2 Day Best of Kangaroo Island tour visits the Flinders Chase National Park (Remarkable Rocks & Admirals Arch) and approximately 35-45 minutes is allocated to explore the Rocks. Lunch at Vivonne Bay Bistro consists of Seasoned Chicken or Gourmet Beef sausages serviced with a range of fresh salad (Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten Free meals are available) and I will pass on your feedback.
