To be fair, although it is not 100% perfect, it is 90% and I am happy.
Apart from the delivery being slightly slower than what I expected, after I emailed to ask if they had dispatched the order I receive a reply within 24 hours and the item came through the post soon after.
The packaging is also nice. Ink bottles are wrapped up safely, and the nibs are in their little bags, all the items are correct.
Pretty much happy, will use again.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Terms and Conditions states we usually despatch orders within 4 days. However, it is nearly always much quicker and is typically within 48 hours. Your order was received at 11:30 in the morning. It was processed the next day and taken to the Post Office that night.
I have not been able to work out why you received the dispatched email until after you received your order.
Thank you for the nib reviews. Very flexible nibs are awkward to use and I am wondering about the paper you are using. Certainly if the nibs are for calligraphy then the paper needs to be extremely smooth for the nibs to work well.

Sorry to hear the nib box was damaged. This is the first we have heard of this matter.
The nibs were supplied in a manufacturers box. We shall tell them of this problem.

This is the first we have heard of the nib not working properly. Did it not write at all? or was it scratchy?
