We can only apologise for the genuine error in not replying to your email. However, on searching for it again, we see that you requested a discount code from us on a brand new product the day after you ordered and your product had already been dispatched. As with all orders, we had already sent a code out to you with your product. Sadly, we did not see any request for product advice, however we are always very pleased to offer advice to any customer.
