Service provided was good although courier couldn't find our site and so dropped off at nearby school which we weren't told about until I made contact
Item was urgent requirement and guaranteed next day delivery - received three days later

Firstly, let me apologise for the late delivery. This fell well below the high service standards we set ourselves, which I'm sure your Hatfield Peveral office would confirm. Unfortunately, the website link to our internal sales system had a technical issue, consequently we had not received the order. I understand Terry in our office explained this verbally once we were aware, and the items were despatched immediately for next day. Again, apologies if this caused any inconvenience. Parcel was last minute purchase that we needed the next day.
after speaking on the phone was informed as soon as pay send an email and they will ship out.
