I have investigated the matter and it does look as if potentially the courier muddled the labels up whilst they where collecting the parcels.
I believe my colleague got you out a replacement and you received this shortly after. We where also in contact with the other customer once we where aware of the incident and have put this right as well.
Once again my apologies and hope we have been able to put this issue right for you.
