With regard to the service you have mentioned it was fast and on checking it does look like we dispatched and the delivery was done within the promised timescales. With regard to the zips - we use YKK and on the whole the feedback has been very good on these hoods so really unsure why you have had a problem but if you wish to respond to our e-mails we are happy to try and assist further.
