Thank you so much for the detailed review and very pleased you were happy with the service and in particular the 50g turnouts. Thoroughly recommend the 50g rugs over no fill as they definitely allow the horses to regulate their own body temperature better without really providing anything much in the way of warmth. Thank you for the review. I have e-mailed you privately but not heard back as we hadn't heard about any issues from you before you left this review. Unfortunately we haven't had a reply. On the service we are slightly confused about the 1* rating as you have said in your feedback that the 'service was fine' and on checking the dispatch and delivery times they looked to be ok but do please let us know if there were any other issues with the service. I also haven't heard back about the rug by e-mail so unable to assist further on this but if you wish to reply to the e-mail happy to respond.
