Poor service and business practices, extremely slow to respond to any enquiry and the practice of charging for cancelling an order for off the shelf items is ridiculous considering the time frames...

Fast Delivery, great communication

Delivery cost was a bit expensive, however it was FAST, by private courier , so couldn't really argue beyond it is higher than postal and many other services where delivery is modest and often free.
