Sorry to hear this. I will organise for our installations team to call you on Monday and have an engineer attend to rectify the issue. Hopefully we can get this sorted for you.
Procurement was a nightmare. Repeated phone calls just to get them to send me additional brochure information. Really slow. Poor communication between order and delivery.
