Great staff who are there to help you
Would definitely recommend
The staff members put all my glass jars in 1 bag without wrapping any the bag was heavy and all the jars were banging together. Staff members weren't overly friendly or helpful either.
Workers are always so lovely and full of info. Website is easy to navigate and sales are amazing!

Love my Baccarat Bio, this is my 2nd pan in this range, wonderful to Cook with, would recommend these pans. I received my order, very quickly, well done
They have great non-toxic cooking pans at a reasonable price. The lady who served me was very accommodating when I realised I needed to change the size of one pan.
