I ordered online no problems at all, however received a phone call to say they could only meet half my order and the other half would have to be ordered and take a week or so to arrive, unfortunately...

Great service! Ordered the cigars I wanted and they got a member of staff to walk them from the London warehouse to the store so I could collect the next day!

First class in delivery and when cigar out of stock after order they asked me what I wanted as replacement and when the ones I wanted were a bit more expensive they didn’t ask for more money!
