Very good and quick service.
Only one quibble - one box of cigars I opened had four damaged cigars so far. I presume box had been dropped - cigars are quite delicate!
You can improve your services charging the credit cards for the items you have in stock, and stop offering item that you do not have. I have a refund for the failed purchased and it costed me one...
I went to the Cambridge shop and the staff were most helpful but the cigars I wanted were not in stock. They directed me to the website, the ordering process was simple and they turned up 2 days...
Great produce and nicely packaged as I selected it to be gift wrapped, order came within days of purchase, all in all great service! Havent actually tried the cigar as its for a Christmas gift but...
