I received delivery today, but package was damaged and only contained 3 x 50 instead of 6 x 50

Dear Antonio, many thanks for taking the time to inform us of your experience. I can see from our records that we have advised you by email regarding the tracking details of your package. I can confirm that Royal Mail has passed your package successfully to the Spanish mail authorities and is marked "on-route". Please contact us again if you do not receive your package within the next 48hrs.
This was a gift for my husband and was despatched immediately. I was kept informed of what stage my order was at by E-mail and it was delivered much quicker than I expected.
