Very helpful, did not increase the premium from last year which makes a massive difference, hence I stayed with them and didn't have to waste time ringing around for a better quote.

vehicle is referred. There is no call back you have to chase it
When a vehicle is referred you have to chase an answer , And no written message of acceptance. I was told “ just take my word for it.” When I asked for written confirmation
