Could do better
Know what your talking about before you phone the client.
Look at the clients file before putting a quote together.
Offer other services, insurance, rather than the client having to prompt.

Poor value for money
Poor. I’ve been with RR for over 25 yrs. This year they forced a 350% increase on me, without warning. ( 10 days).
