very good tour with very good tour manager and guide

We had a bad start (non of it the fault of Riviera) with the flight delayed 3 hours, luggage reclaim took 1 hour and as the boat was out of position due to a faulty lock the transfer time was 3 hours...

Very disappointed with my room and the single supplement I was charged for it. I passed my negative comments to the tour manager and I have written to Riviera customer services.

Rooms were up in the attic so were very warm and the windows too high to look out. The trips were interesting and varied but journey times were too long for the very limited time one was given...
