Hi Shane, Thank you very much for your feedback despite the slight issue with the fit of the lid. Unfortunately a while ago the lids were slightly redesigned by the manufacturer and therefore don't always fit perfectly with older bollards. Next time please be sure to highlight this to the team and we can source some of the old-style lids for you. Many thanks again, James, MD

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback - we really appreciate it. I will relay your comments about the invoice to our accounts team for rectification. With regards to the installation notice, I've followed this up with the install team and this was due to another job in the area finishing earlier than expected so they called at the time to see if they could get your bollard in earlier. Typically we would stick to a proposed install dates but occasionally an earlier install date due to a cancellation or quicker job beforehand is welcomed.
