Thank you for your feedback. We take our after sales service seriously and see this as a major reason why customers continue to purchase from us.
The delivery of your furniture was delayed due to circumstances beyond our control but was received by us within 18 weeks of you confirming your order. We apologise for the delay. Unfortunately you were on holiday when we received the goods and so we agreed the delivery date for your return.
As your review states we came out to you the following day after you identified the marks on the sofa and photographed the product and sent the pictures and service request to the manufacturer. Our notes state that you were away for a month after the delivery so this was interpreted (albeit incorrectly) that you shouldn’t be contacted during this time. I do know you phoned yesterday for an update and apologise we didn’t get back to you the same day. I understand Michael, our store manager, has now updated you on the issue and the next steps to rectify the situation.
