Service in store was excellent, but delivery of furniture ordered was longer than we would have liked, but you probably have no control over this with your supplier?

Sorry for the delay in delivering your furniture. I don't know what you were quoted at the time of order but this furniture is normally on a 10-12 week lead time and your goods were delivered 9 weeks from the date of order. I apologise that this was not explained to you.

Sorry for the smell. All new furniture whether painted or not will be likely to have an odour when it is first delivered this should dissipate after a few days.
