Staff are always friendly and do nor hurry you at all. The have offered to hold on to items purchased whilst I do other shopping and generally try to make things easy for you.

The salesman who served us in the shop was very helpful and extremely patience, whilst we thought about which chair we wanted. Also made useful suggestions regarding different chairs.
One star as this was not a purchase, this was a replacement for the sub standard initial purchase, the order consisted of more than a two seater recliner.

I don't know what Stressless site you are trying to register on but if you go to http://www.ekornes.co.uk/customer-care/guarantee-registration this should work. Stressless do have different sites for other countries and you may be trying to register in the USA.

The site I was using is the one that you are asked to use in the multi language 'Congratulations' pamphlet that comes with the chair, namely 'www.stressless-world.com'. Perhaps something different should be sent out to UK customers! I have successfully used the site you mention. Thanks for that.
