I was very impressed with the presentation and the wording of my resume.
You used the right words to communicate what I do and what I’m aiming to do. One might be an awesome manager, excecutive etc, but you packaged the product (me) in the best wrapping you could find...

Not worth a dime
I wouldn't even give one star, had to because I was not able to comment without giving no star, whoever did my resume did no research on my position, only used few generic lines and never once edit...

I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you're so dissatisfied with our work. : - (
I just spent considerable time reviewing your resume and all related correspondence. I do see that you requested a Federal resume and sent us a collection of notes along with a message from you stating "that's all I have.. I'm hoping you'll create a miracle."
In turn, we assigned your project to a senior staff member who has been writing Federal resumes professionally for more than three decades. She sent a draft for you to review and you replied asking why the format was so "plain." She responded, quite correctly, that Federal resumes...by their very nature...are lengthier than standard resumes and are always to be in a plain format.
We never heard back from you again until you posted the above feedback.
Please rest assured that the resume we created for you is not generic but rather is ATS-compliant and properly formatted for the Federal sector with your career objective in mind. We strongly encourage you to use it in your job search. If there is something specific about it that you do not like, please let us know what it is and we'll either explain the strategic rationale behind it or we'll revise it for you promptly at no additional charge.

Hi Kathy,
I'm sorry that you're disappointed but believe this can easily be resolved to your satisfaction! Please note the following:
*As per our guide on distributing your resume, you're going to need to send it out to more than just 4 sites and several companies!
*The resume we designed is ATS-compliant so that it will have the best possible chance of getting past automated screening. You have some unique skills and they're showcased with your objective in mind. It's definitely not "generic" but it's essential in your industry that it not be too "over-the-top."
*I do not see any spelling/grammatical errors and there's no record of you notifying us of any of these...Please call or text me on my personal cell at 352-978-6122 to let me know where they were. It's probably just some use of tense or varied spelling you may not be used to--but I won't know for sure until you give me an opportunity to discuss it with you...
We're happy to further revise your new resume to your satisfaction but it's very important that you send it out to A LOT more prospective employers.

Sorry about your dissatisfaction but this is very easily resolved!
At the time of ordering, you opted to complete an online questionnaire and then attached your previous resume. Shortly thereafter, you received a welcome message from your lead writer introducing themselves and inviting you to add anything you like. I see that you and that same writer has some back-and-forth communication about your resume...some questions were answered...and it was agreed that some further changes would be made in the next 2-3 days.
The first resume we send is always an initial draft...for which we seek your feedback to incorporate into a more finalized draft. We are happy to communicate with you by phone in order to work together to produce a resume that makes you extremely proud ! We'll get in touch !
