Great - but I had to wait too long - but presumably they were busy

Once I got a technician it was sorted efficiently, but I did have to call again as 4 hours later I was still waiting and I was seriously hampered without my usual email login

Server reboot

I was getting kicked out of the server. The issue was resolved quickly and server rebooted within an hour that fixed the problem.
