We had a terrible experience with Redtag.ca. Filled in the names, birthdays etc. . Looked it all over to make sure there were no mistakes.
Once we submitted, it took like 4 minutes to be processed....

so far all good. when booking ticket, didnt see if shuttle is included ?
hope i get the room promised. If i get the room promised than i would give red tag a 5 star.

When booking online, the website asks for the names exactly how they appear on passports. Our system will not change the name how they are entered. Your internet browser can auto-populate names, so we recommend confirming all details on the booking page, prior to confirming your reservation to ensure accuracy.
