Booking is very easy. All in pricing no surprises. Clear email communications. You can book seats directly through red tag and not have to go to the airline.

Redtag advertised up to $300 off on vacation bookings but this did not apply to my booking of over $2000. So I called Redtag and the matter was rectified.
