Useless travel provider.
Will not give you deposit money back or issue a travel credit after a mistake was made. Will not stand behind their customers, no use in using them as a travel provider.

Useless company, I will never book a flight or vacation with redtag as long as I live and I will go out of my way to make sure my friends and family never use redtag for any travel needs.
