Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to the training team and reviewed your progress. Congratulations on passing Part 2 at the first attempt. This training was of course 'in-car' and you were assigned a personal trainer. I appreciate that there can be lots to take in and we all learn at different rates and in different ways. You are doing well and I am sure if you work hard with your trainer, you will succeed at Part 3. Please remember that the Training Support Team are there to help with any issues that you cannot resolve with your trainer and I know that the manager of the department has been in touch to offer her personal support.
