Hi Ian, I am so sorry you declined to attend the two day business seminar which all people joining RED whether as an ADI or a PDI are required to do.This is not part of the contract for training as an instructor but is an essential requirement if you wish to join RED as an instructor and this business training is free of charge. You are of course at liberty not to join us and we will help you complete your training as per the course you purchased. Just to be clear and as you know, you have not been 'booted off' the course and your training is continuing. We have however, decided not to invite you to join RED and wish you well with whatever you consequently decide to do.

Thankyou for your reply As i spoke to you directly. I suggested that you should tell your sales team to mention this while theyre selling this product. This way everyone who have ideas of becoming an instructor and joining red on a franchise knows what is expected. You declined to respond to this. As i said if id of known this in the beginning i wouldnt of given you my £2000
