Organised check in, easy boarding

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF OUR CAR DUE TO LIMITED SPACES BETWEEN THE CARS. COULD NOT OPEN THE DOORS.FOR SAFTY REASONS SOMETING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT PLEASE.VERY PUNCTUAL.

Second time we have used red funnel. Getting on ferry very easy, plenty of seats ,food ok. Would recommend.

Checking in and boarding was great and very easy and smooth. Onboard, the WiFi could have been better and the food and drinks felt a little on the expensive side.

Sailed on time arrived on time, most important. The crossing was enjoyable, the ferry appeared fresh and clean, from seating areas to toilets. Staff onboard were polite and friendly.
