Friendly staff, good clean ferries.. I arrived early thinking traffic was going to be bad,however to my suprise i was allowed to board an hour early. Very impressed.

Whilst the ferry and crossing was smooth and punctual on both the crossings we were disappointed that only one lift was working on both crossings. Further more the ONLY lift to the deck with the dog...

Booking was easy on line but I paid an extra cancellation fee of about £6 just in case. Plans change and I had to postpone a week. I got changed ANOTHER £10 to change the booking! RIP off! The fares...
