Could do with more seating especially if several coaches arrive on one trip!
Lots of coaches and not enough seating in passenger lounges to accommodate them
Elderly and disable people including myself stood the whole hour crossing time.
The gents toilet was filthy.

Thank you for the feedback which has been forwarded to the Exec team on each ship. We do limit the number of coaches allowed on each sailing and staff should always help to find spare seats when asked. Incidentally, we do have plans to increase the number of seats and toilets in 2014.
