The only thing I would change is that when someone can't come on their original booking date and need to change their ticket it would be nice to make the first change free and then charge the £5...
No seating available ( apart from tiny stools in the corridor near the tolets ).
As a result, I had a bad back for the next two days.

Sorry to hear this. Although it can be busy at times, onboard staff can usually locate empty or more suitable seats if asked. The good news is we will be installing more seats in 2014.

Food on board is basic but edible would not eat again if I travelled with you again, will take packed lunch, you need to seriously look at variety and quality of food.
