Highly efficient staff for boarding, some interiors look a bit tired... could do with a facelift and brightening up in lounges and onboard ferry.

Excellent services on both outward and return to the island on the 18/11. We where booked on the 18.00 sailing to Cowes but arrived a few minutes before 16.30 and where able to get on this departure.

Dog area could be nicer and warmer And as I have always said people who live on the Island should get a special fare rate

My trip over at 9am on the E.Cowes ferry on 16th was very overcrowded and there was no where to sit for the old people on the coaches. Not a good experience at all.
