The staff are very helpful and friendly and the ferry's always come on time if there is any reason why they are not running on time you get plenty of notice .

We needed to change the hydraulic rams on the linkspan at East Cowes and although we picked the quietest time it unfortunately inconvenienced some customers - we are really sorry for this.

having spent a great deal of money with red funnel during this year maybe a small token ie dicount on next travel could have been an offer as no ferrys available at time needed. whilst we on feel catering service need a rocket up their backsides
