Travelling out was good, excellent communication with Crew and on time. The trip back was too busy, I felt unsafe (God forbid if something happened). The ferry in my opinion was too busy, staff asked...
Why not have wifi on the red jets, as long as is not a bad as the wifi at Southampton or West Cowes ticket offices. As you have many foot passengers on the red jets coming over for business etc.

always a pleasure to travel with red funnel great staff great prices
Loading and unloading were efficient. Staff were friendly and efficient. We missed our ferry across due to traffic holdup but were put on the next ferry without a problem.
