Thank you for comments. Good news that you do have plans to improve seating. That will be great. We do like the alcove type seating in the non café seating end, so hopefully that wont change! Also it will be great when the 3rd ferry (cant remember which one off hand) has the garden shed on the upper deck turned into a proper lounge like the other 2
One thing I forgot to note is that I have noted that catering prices seem to have come down to a more reasonable level than before, although the Steam Coffee prices seem to be a tad on the high side.
Web site easy to book. Like car recognition on arrival. Ferry rarely late. Reasonable choice of food and drink.
Summer prices can be expensive. I travel regularly every 2-3 weeks all year, to see...
Ferry on time and staff helpful and friendly. Only wish they didn't pack cars in so closely to one in front that you have to rub your coat against the adjacent car to get past. We don't all wear...

A slick operation. Punctual, efficient, better organised and much better value than Wightlink.
Always impressed with Red Funnel, always manage to get us on board even when we are early or late. Helpful staff fast boarding, have used RF for over 30 years now that speaks volumes .
