I always enjoy travelling with Red Funnel because the staff are welcoming and helpful the food and service is good and value for money. Plus Red Funnel Ferry's are cheaper than their rivals.

I have used another operator at a premium price and little service
I shall continue to use Red Funnel
although allowed 50 mins to travel from Swaythling just 3 miles North from docks the journey took 45 mins due to congestion around dock gates area. Alarming! But the booking in staff were great . So...

Sorry to hear this.Southampton's road network has had its problems this last week due to road works in the vicinity of Dock Gate 4, made worse by visiting cruise ships using the Ocean Terminal. Thankfully it's not the norm.
