Thank you for the feedback, your point has been noted and we will review the subject heading. However, we don't send them to frequent travellers and the overwhelming response from those that do receive them has been positive.

I'm really pleased there will be some improvements for pet owners. We travel to the Island on average, twice a month. We have two really well behaved chihuahuas, we really like the top deck lounge! the dogs lie down and sleep. We hate the sailings where we have to stay in the glass box. It is very difficult for you as some pets are not well behaved and I'm not sure how you would deal with this. This last weekend was particularly awful for us travelling to Cowes but pretty good coming back!

Service good, cost competitive, sometimes have issues with website.
